兩餸一湯食譜:

混合醬:
腐乳3件
腐乳水1湯匙
生抽1湯匙
糖1茶匙
適量胡椒粉

2)*Braised pork ribs w/ mushrooms:

From soup

3 pieces red dates
3 cloves garlic
Some ginger

Cornstarch water:
1 1/2 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp cornstarch

Sauce mix:
1 1/2 Tbsp
oyster sauce
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp brown sugar
Some white pepper
1 Tbsp cooking wine

3)*Fried cabbage w/ vermicelli:
1 oz(29g)dried shrimp
1 1/2 lb(679g) cabbage
2 cloves garlic
Some ginger
2 bundle vermicelli

Sauce mix:
3 cubes
preserved bean curd
1 Tbsp
preserved bean water
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
Some white pepper
